When I first started Preferred Contracting in 1984, my goal was to create a company that “actually did what they said they would.” I honestly believed I could do a job with excellence, be creative, completely trustworthy, wear shorts to work, and still be able to pay the bills.

Since that time, I’ve jumped through the hoops of having dozens of employees, multiple crews, and dealing with the pros and cons of both. Now, after 30+ years of evolving with my company, the opportunity to wear shorts in the summer has never been more fun and fulfilling.

My goal is, and will remain to be, to achieve excellence in every aspect of my business, from the design to the final clean up.

In the future, I hope to have the privilege of serving you in all your remodeling needs.
